Most Humiliating is the Embarrassing Pic on Facebook

More than anything else teens fear the posting of embarrassing photos of themselves. Many say that they cope with mean comments but they live in fear of someone taking a photo and posting it on one of the many social media networks that they subscribe to: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, and Youtube  to name but a few.

Teens need to ensure that their profiles are set to private and that they know how to untag and report images that are embarrassing or let a parent or teacher know. Teens who take photos should always ask their friends if they are going to post images of them and make sensibile decisions not to post photos that make fun of others.
