Social Media Code of Ethics

This is a “work in progress”.  Secondary students are currently working on developing a Social Media Code of Ethics written by students for students.

The launch of a student group in 2011, initially on the Plenty Campus,  led by Mrs Kelly Jackson, calling themselves the CyberAngels.  The CyberAngels goal will be to produce through consultation and consensus,  a student Social Media Code of Ethics.  This model will be emulated on all 3 campuses, Primary and Secondary alike, enacting the Round Square pillars of Democracy and Leadership and ensuring that it is the voice of students speaking to students about what is appropriate online behaviour.

Stay tune for more news of this in the near future……. CyberAngels
